We use Royal Mail or a courier service to deliver your items. We try to use recycled packaging where possible so we can’t promise that the packaging will be pretty, but the item will be. 

We aim to despatch your items within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order, however due to COVID 19 items might take a little longer. 

Delivery & Returns 

We hope you are happy with your purchase from The Rustic Shack. However, if you are unhappy with your item or this has arrived damaged please see the details below;

Damaged items

For an item you have received that has been damaged, please ensure you have notified us via email info@therusticshack.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of the item with the following information:

Name

Order Number

Photo of the damaged item

Whether you would like a refund or exchange

We will then arrange collection from you. Please ensure you have saved all original packaging so this can be returned. If we are notified  48 hours after delivery, we are unable to be held responsible for the damage.

Returns 

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please email info@therusticshack.co.uk with the below information:

Reason for the return 

We will then send you further details on how to return this. Please note all returns need to be notified within 5 days of the delivery date and must be returned in the same unused condition and in the original packaging. Unfortunately delivery fees are non refundable and you will be required to pay for the return postage.
